Born in Lyon, trained in Paris, and inspired by New York — Chef Laurent brings 20 years of culinary artistry to every plate at Maison.

After earning his stripes at Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Laurent moved to Brooklyn to create a dining experience that feels both refined and deeply personal.
